1. Three Brothers Dolphin, Manatee and Sea Turtle Adventure Tour

We may be a little biased, but we’re not the only ones that feel this way! Our tours highly recommended by everyone in the area and have been featured on many nationally televised shows, including the Travel Channel! This tour is truly one of the best ways to see the natural beauty of St. Augustine. There are only a few places in the world to see the West Indian Manatees and St. Augustine is one of them. We see tons of dolphins, manatees and sea turtles regularly here and we are conveniently located just minutes from where most of the visitors stay in St. Augustine (St. George Street and the Fort Castillo de San Marcos). The tour is also very beginner friendly for all ages and skill levels (ages 4 and up) and you can choose either a paddle board or a one or two person kayak.

2. Trolly Ride through St. Augustine

A guided trolly ride is a great way to get around St. Augustine. Trolly drivers will give you tons of information about the City and the interesting history behind St. Augustine. The trolly does make several stops to offer you an opportunity to hop on and off where ever you desire. Parking within the city can be hard to find and expensive, so this is a great way to get around the city with ease while learning all about St. Augustine & its rich history.

3. Visit Fort Castillo de San Marcos

Fort Castillo de San Marcos is the Oldest Spanish settlement in America. The fort is located right on the water and offers beautiful views and photo opportunities from the top deck. If you are a history buff, we recommend taking the guided tour. This takes about two and a half hours and is full of interesting facts about the fort.
Local Tip: They shoot off the old cannons a couple of times a day, I would check the schedule and make your visit around one of those times.

St. Augustine is also known for its amazing cuisine. There are many great restaurants in St. Augustine but here are our top 3 restaurant recommendations.

1. The Ice Plant

Before refrigerators were invented, we needed ice factories to make large blocks of ice to distribute to the residents and the old ice plant factory is the location of our number one restaurant. The Ice Plant has kept a lot of the original machinery and open industrial feel, they also serve craft coctails made with unique shapes of ice cubes. We would consider the restaurant a great trendy lunch/early dinner location. Local Tip: there is often a wait and this restaurant so we recommend putting your name in and walking to the back of the building where the St. Augustine Distillery does free tastings of all the different liquors they make.

2. Prohibition Kitchen

The Prohibition Kitchen truly lives up to its name. It’s theme is modeled after the 1920’s prohibition era. You are often greeted by a brass band playing when you first walk in, the servers are dressed in 1920’s style clothing, and the feel of the place definitely takes you back in time! The theatrics and aestetics of the place are done very well. All the food is great, but a personal favorite is the Cornmeal Fried Local caught flounder. This restaurant is also conveniently located on St. George Street, which is considered the main drag.

3. Harry’s Seafood

Harry’s Seafood has some of the best local fresh seafood around! The restaurant has a cajun theme and looks like an old two story home converted to a restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard, under large pine trees and covered in hanging lights. It is also located on the water with great views from the inside seating. Harry's is also one of the only places around that serves Redfish or Red Drum, a local delicacy.
