Am I guaranteed to see dolphins & manatees on tour?
We take our guests to where we see the most dolphins and manatees in the area, however, it is wildlife and we can not guarantee sightings. Our experience is that morning tours are best for seeing dolphins and manatees.
What should I bring on tour with me?
Guests are welcome to bring most items on tour with them and most boards and kayaks will have a tie-down area to hold items, however we put a strong emphasis to make sure not to add any litter or pollution to the waterway. Any items that guests decide to bring, they bring at their own risk.
Can I bring my pet with me?
YES! We are huge pet lovers and love when guests bring their furry friends. You will need to provide your own pet life vest as we do not carry them with us.
What is the cancelation policy? What if it rains?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We will always issue a full refund if we ever have to cancel because of weather.
I have a young child, can they ride on my board with me?
Children 4 and up can join us on tour with a parent or guardian.
